Credit card information is required to secure your reservation and it is 100% secured through 128-bit SSL technology (Please change it as suitable).
2. How can I make payment?The 10% deposit of total reservation will be charged at the time of online booking and it is non-refundable. You can simply pay the rest upon arrival at the hotel either by cash or credit card. Please be advised that we accept Visa and Master Card only. For Online payment system, your credit card information will be filled and debited on the trusted financial institution’s secure server, and we do not maintain in our server all or part of your financial information.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances contained or resulted from a mistake or error.
3. What is your cancellation and no-show policy?Booking cancellation policies and their penalty charges including terms & conditions are different and stated individually by each offer, rate, promotion, and packages throughout the website.

4. What should I do if I need to cancel or amend my booking?If your booking has been made through a travel agent, we kindly ask that you contact them to cancel or amend your booking to avoid confusion. Please kindly note that we cannot cancel or amend any bookings made through travel agents.
If your booking has been made directly through our website, please kindly send us your request to reservation@mariyahotel.com with your booking details. Shortly after we receive your request for booking cancellation or amendment, we will send you a confirmation of booking cancellation or amendment via e-mail. If for any reason, you do not receive a confirmation of your booking cancellation or amendment from us within 2 business days, please kindly contact us again. Otherwise, we reserve the rights to refuse such request of cancellation or amendment. Cancellation or amendment made through a phone call is not acceptable in any cases. (Please change as suitable)
5. What is your policy for early check out?For early check out prior to the date booked, we reserve the rights to retain 100% of total reservation.
6. What are your standard check in time and check out time?Hotel standard check in time is 14:00 hrs and standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
7. Can I check in early?Yes. Early check-in can be arranged upon request with prior notice. However, it is subject to room availability and is applicable only from 6:00 am onwards. Early check-in from 10:00 am onwards will be at no charge. Early check-in from 6:00 am to 10:00 am will incur additional charges of THB150 per hour unless specified under the booking terms & conditions at the time of booking. Early check-in before 6:00 am will be charged at the rate of one night stay based on the rate booked.
8. Can I check out late?Yes. Late check-out can be arranged upon request with prior notice. However, it is subject to room availability and is applicable only until 6:00 pm. Late check-out until 2:00 pm will be at no charge. Late check-out from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm will incur additional charges of THB150 per hour unless specified under the booking terms & conditions at the time of booking. Late check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged at the rate of one night stay based on the rate booked. 9. Are there any other charges I have to pay, other than what is shown as booking price?All rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges, but may not include daily breakfast and/or one-way/round-trip airport transfer. To avoid misunderstanding, please be sure to check the booking terms and conditions whether or not the rate you have booked is inclusive of daily breakfast and/or one-way/round-trip airport transfer.
10. Do you provide airport shuttle service? How much does it cost for one-way airport transfer?Yes, our airport shuttle service is available 24 hours by appointment. One-way airport transfer is charged at THB150 per room.
11. How can I find your airport representative when I arrive at the airport?Our airport representative will be holding the “Mariya Boutique Residence” signboard, waiting for you at either GATE 3 (for domestic flight arrival) or GATE 4 (for International flight arrival) of the Arrival Hall (2nd floor) inside the terminal building. For International flight arrival, please take the “Exit B” after immigration procedure and baggage claims, then turn right to GATE 4.
12. Do you provide on-site parking?Yes, we do provide on-site parking with limited space on a complimentary basis.
13. Do you have luggage store room where I can leave my baggage during my first and second stay?Yes. We have a luggage store room at the front desk area, where you can leave your luggage with our front desk staff free of charge.
14. Is there an elevator at the hotel?Sorry, we do not have an elevator at our property. However, we do have porters to handle all your baggage to your room.
15. Are there any computers and printers for guests to use in the public area?Yes, we provide two computers and one printer available 24 hours for guests to use at the lobby area on a complimentary basis.
16. Is Internet access available at the hotel? How much does it cost?Yes, wireless Internet connection has been provided in every guest room and throughout the hotel on a complimentary basis. Please kindly note that we cannot guarantee stability of the Internet connection and therefore shall not take responsibility of any losses or damages of any information on your computer while using the Internet.
17. Do you have rooms on the ground floor?Yes, we do have a room on the ground floor specially reserved for people who have difficulty managing stairs. Should you wish to stay on the ground floor, please feel free to inform us at the time of booking. 18. Do you have connecting rooms?No, we do not have any connecting rooms at our property. However, we will be very pleased to arrange adjoining rooms for you when possible.
19. Do you have non-smoking rooms?Yes, all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty fee of THB1,000 with no exception.
20. What kind of food is served for breakfast?Buffet-style breakfast is daily served with a wide selection of Western and Thai food. With our respect to Muslim people staying at the hotel, we do not use pork in every dish of breakfast menu. We also try every effort to use as many fresh and natural ingredients as possible for every dish menu with no MSG added. 21. What time is your breakfast served?Breakfast is daily served from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. Should you need to have breakfast beyond our breakfast time or need breakfast-to-go, please feel free to let us know before the arrival date.
22. I have particular dietary needs - can you arrange a specific meal?Yes. Please feel free to send us your request for any specific meals. We will try our best to arrange it for you. 23. Do you provide babysitting and bay cots?Sorry, we do not have babysitting service. However, we do provide a baby cot but it is subject to availability and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
24. Are pets allowed to get into the hotel?Sorry, pets are not allowed in any areas of the hotel.
25. How can we go to Bangkok downtown from the hotel?You may take a taxi, the airport rail link, or a bus to get into Bangkok downtown. You may also hire our limousine service at reasonable price.
